Our panellists
Liz Dawson
Liz has been a trailblazer for women in business, sports management and governance. She was marketing manager of the New Zealand Rugby Union in the 1990s and has held directorships with TAB NZ, the Hurricanes Super Rugby Team, New Zealand Cricket and the Racing Board. She was the first female chief executive of an Australian Rugby League Club and the first female director of a Super Rugby franchise. She is currently Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Olympic Committee, a member of the Oceania Olympic Gender Equity Commission and the Gender Equity Commission of the Association of National Olympic Committees. She also serves as Chair of the ICC Womens Cricket World Cup 2022, being hosted in New Zealand next year.
Alice Nutall
Alice is a manager and digital services professional at Deloitte Consulting in Christchurch. She specialises in customer experience and business transformation, combining her leadership and strategy abilities with technical skills and knowledge in digital and web analytics tools. Alice is passionate about developing successful teams, working within cultures that promote innovation and collaboration, and helping the tech industry to flourish in Canterbury.
Jenna Hollis
Jenna is a recent Ara ICT graduate with a passion for using her skills to provide tech-driven solutions for business. She believes in always learning and sharing her knowledge and working to ensure the tech community evolves and grows for the next generation. She is passionate about addressing the gender gap in her industry and championing women in tech.
