Description
Explain key Māori narratives to demonstrate awareness of tikanga and kawa of Waitaha (Canterbury).
Explain key concepts and practices associated with kaitiakitanga and sustainability and apply these to the context of outdoor and adventure education activities.
Demonstrate knowledge of sustainability practices through the application of minimum impact principles for outdoor and adventure education activities.
Describe the geological, geographical, and ecological processes of a given area.
Use basic Te Reo Māori, as relevant, for an outdoor and adventure education context.
