Description
- Demonstrate an understanding of the relevance of Te Ao Māori, the status of tangata whenua and the importance of whakawhānaungatanga for the community facilitation workforce.
- Examine the diverse issues experienced by contemporary Aotearoa New Zealand society relevant to the community facilitation workforce.
- Demonstrate integration of knowledge, skills, behaviours, values and attitudes consistent for entry level practice in the community facilitation workforce.
- Demonstrate ethical practice which includes reflection on own practice as a support worker in the community facilitation workforce.
