Explain the formation of business structures, their governance, management, and the liabilities of parties in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Analyse organisational needs to recommend an appropriate entity type for the Aotearoa New Zealand context.
Apply the legal requirements and liabilities of parties when raising private capital for a small to medium enterprise (SME) and for an organisation seeking funds from the financial markets.
Apply law relating to enforcement of secured and unsecured debt to a range of legal entities in the Aotearoa New Zealand context.
