The learning outcomes for this course are:
Analyse anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular, neurological, renal and related systems and link this to pathophysiology of health alterations.
Critically evaluate appropriate information in relation to the cardiovascular, neurological, renal and related systems to inform nursing care and management of therapeutic interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
Critically evaluate research evidence concerning best practice in intensive care nursing.
