Utilise a rapid assessment framework to obtain, analyse and evaluate appropriate information in order to prioritise collaborative interventions

Analyse physiological responses of acute deterioration in health status to provide rationale for assessment findings and identify appropriate actions and safety needs of patients.

Utilise a communication framework to articulate accurate and relevant information from the patient's situation, history and assessment findings to appropriate members of the healthcare team.
