Learn the tools and techniques required to ensure operations and production function at optimum levels

During this programme you’ll explore a range of methods for managing operations and supply chain aspects, focusing on the logistics of production from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.

Core competencies in project management, operations management, product development and resource integration management are combined to identify, address and resolve present-day operations and production issues. Elective courses covering finance, leadership, health, safety and wellbeing will expand your capabilities in leading and supporting production and operations functions for a variety of organisations and sectors.

Additionally, you’ll channel the knowledge and skills you acquire into a practical industry project for a local business or organisation, in which you’ll address business issues or advance business opportunities. In the process, you’ll strengthen your understanding of operations and production management.

If you complete one additional course (Advanced Project Management, AMPM700) and choose Introduction to Finance (ACCY6104) as your elective, you can graduate with two qualifications: the Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management and the Graduate Diploma in Project Management, providing your industry project reflects both fields of study.

Part-time up to 4 years.
