Safety and Wellbeing Reporting
SafePlace is Ara’s Safety and Wellbeing Management System and both staff and students have a responsibility to report any hazards that have or may lead to injury, illness or danger and any accidents, injuries or incidents which did or could have resulted in harm.
An accurate report needs to be completed as soon as possible, but within 48 hours for any incidents, or near misses involving Ara staff, students, visitors, or contractors.
If you are an Ara staff member or student, please complete an online incident report through SafePlace.
If you are a visitor or contractor, please contact the Ara leader who engaged you or who you were visiting.
Please advise the Director Safety, Health and Wellbeing immediately on 021 192 9941 in the event of a serious injury or incident.
Thank you for helping make Ara a SafePlace!
